Managing hyperglycemia involves lifestyle modifications such as diet control, increased physical activity, and in some cases, the use of medications or insulin therapy.

Stress management techniques are necessary to prevent stress-induced blood sugar fluctuations. This can include practices like meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or engaging in hobbies. Adequate sleep is also non-negotiable. Aim for 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep per night. Establishing a regular sleep schedule, creating a comfortable sleep environment, and avoiding electronic devices before bed can help improve sleep quality and, in turn, help regulate fasting sugar levels.
